Cancellation Refunds

We offer a full refund provided you give us at least 24 hours notice before check in time (2pm) on your arrival day. However, if you have to change your plans we appreciate as much notice as possible.

Minimum Stays

At weekends (Friday and Saturday nights), and during school holidays, we have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights.

Pets

We offer Saddler’s Retreat as our pet friendly room.

We ask that your pet is under control when you are here. Donegal is a working farm with cattle and horses, and we would love you to explore our property with your pet, just please keep them close to you when out on a walk.

There car port can be gated in so your pet can have an outside area where they can be securely left.

We have our own friendly Chocolate Labradors, Sally and Hazel. They get on with just about everyone, but if needed we can keep them out of your way during your stay.

We provide pet covers for the sofas and chairs for your convenience, but please no pets on the beds.

EV Charging

We have a level 2 destination charger with CCS plug which is free to use for those staying with us and should work with all EVs. If charging overnight please set your timer for between 11pm and 7am.

Liability

When you are staying with us at Donegal, you are free to roam the property, but you do so at your own risk

Smoking

No smoking is allowed in any of the rooms or inside buildings. You are free to smoke outside, but please don’t litter, and beware of the fire hazard, so don’t drop matches or butts anywhere.

Walking and Roaming

You are free to walk and explore all over Donegal. There are just a couple of areas in our farm buildings that we ask you not to enter. Maps are available in your room, or we can provide one for you, and please ask us to show you where to go. Please just stay within the boundaries of the property. There are a few common sense rules set out in your room guide, such as leaving gates as you find them.

Covid-19

As this is our home, and for the safety of subsequent guests, we ask that all guests are not suffering symptoms or illness when staying with us
